We produce more than 4 billion glass containers each year for leading global brands. Our process includes everything from melting, gob distribution and container forming, to annealing, cold end coating and inspection. And it’s all done with an emphasis on both quality and detail. A typical hire in this department would be a Cold End Operative
What you’ll be doing:
Controlling the running of a glass production line whilst ensuring that the quality of a glass container is of a specified standard.
About you:
You will be organised and have good communication and observation skills. You will have experience of working in a fast paced environment and enjoy working within in a team as well as individually.
About the training:
You will receive 6 weeks initial training, delivered through our world leading Vidrala Academy; ensuring colleagues have the right knowledge and skills to be safe and productive. Colleagues are also able to access further development through the ONE platform.
Our advanced bottling facilities at our purpose-built plant in Elton, Cheshire fills over 250 million litres of wine, beer, cider and soft drinks each year and we've been a market-leading specialist for over a decade. A typical hire in this department would be Technical Operator (Elton Only)
Working Location: Filling Hall
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be responsible for the efficient running of the specified work area in the Filling Hall. Ensuring process and packaging operations are delivered to company standards for safety, product quality and customer expectations.
About you:
You will have experience of working in a food environment, as well as technical aptitude/experience i.e. the ability to logically diagnose process/machine problem areas. You will also have experience of working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working within in a team as well as individually.

You will receive initial training both on the job and through our world leading Vidrala Academy; ensuring colleagues have the right knowledge and skills to be safe and productive. Colleagues are also able to access further development through the ONE platform.
Encirc Logistics specialises in providing warehousing and logistics to leading beverage brands from around the world. From our integrated bonded warehouse in Cheshire - the largest in Europe - we offer a modern, automated storage facility and the chance for our customers' products to be stored without the payment of duty. And once ready for delivery, we can also handle all distribution needs.
A typical hire in this department would be FLT Driver
Working Location: Warehouse
What you’ll be doing:
Loading outbound customer loads & tipping inbound deliveries / transfers.
About you:
Experience of working on a FLT. Able to prioritise work based on scheduling and available resources, a team player who is capable of working on their own initiative. Excellent time management skills and ability to solve problems.

You will receive initial training on the job; ensuring colleagues have the right knowledge and skills to be safe and productive. Colleagues are also able to access further development through the ONE platform.
